The primary objectives and purposes of this corporation are to provide public charitable benefits in and around Fallen Leaf Lake. This corporation has been organized and will be operated at all times exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Fallen Leaf Marina closes for the season on September 30, with dock removal starting October 1 and the launch ramp closing October 1–8. Boat owners are urged to haul out soon, with late appointments available by reservation through October 16.
