The primary objectives and purposes of this corporation are to provide public charitable benefits in and around Fallen Leaf Lake. This corporation has been organized and will be operated at all times exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Prescribed Understory Burn on Cathedral Road – October 8, 2026
The Fallen Leaf Lake CSD Fire Department, with the El Dorado Amador Prescribed Burn Association, is assisting with a 1.3-acre private property understory burn in the 1000 block of Cathedral Road on Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 0800 to 1200. Smoke may be visible around Lake Tahoe, especially along the Highway 89 corridor.
Marina Operations Update
BBH will operate the Marina 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily through September 30, when regular operations end. Boat owners needing a haul-out and TRPA inspection seal should remove vessels by that date. Later requests are case-by-case and carry a $75 fee.
