Fallen Leaf Lake is beginning the process of becoming a Fire Adapted and Firewise Community, and we invite all residents and property owners to learn how you can be part of this effort.
Wildfire risk is a shared challenge, and building a fire-adapted community helps reduce that risk through preparedness, education, and coordinated action- working together.
Please join Chief Sauer and the Fire Adapted Community Team for a community conversation about what this effort means, what’s already underway, simple actions you can take on your property, and how other communities have successfully worked together to improve wildfire preparedness.
Thursday, January 22 | 6:00–7:00 PM
This meeting is open to everyone. Your participation will help shape next steps and contribute to a safer, more wildfire-resilient Fallen Leaf Lake.
Tahoe Network FAC is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
