The Fallen Leaf Lake Community Services District Board of Directors will hold a Regular Meeting on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the FLLCSD Community Building at 400 Fallen Leaf Lake Road. The meeting is also available via Zoom and phone.
The agenda includes a consent calendar covering administrative items such as minutes approval, policy updates (email communications, conflict of interest, travel), and an engagement letter for new accounting services. Fire Department items address personnel pay rates and out-of-district response terms.
Discussion items include reports from the Fallen Leaf Lake Conservation Coalition and concessionaire Big Blue Hospitality, a preliminary budget presentation for FY 2026/27, an update on District revenues and expenses, and a proposal to increase slip rental fees effective January 2027. The Board will also consider delegating authority to the General Manager for payments to the District’s tax attorney regarding a pending IRS matter.
The meeting concludes with a closed Executive Session at noon covering two legal matters.
