Fallen Leaf Marina closes for the season at 6:00 p.m. on September 30, and all boats should be removed by that time. Dock removal begins October 1, so the public launch ramp will be closed October 1–8. Following a high-wind event on September 3, B Dock was removed early to prevent further damage. All vessels were safely relocated with no damage, but temporary mooring space is now full, so boat owners are encouraged to remove their vessels as soon as possible to free up space for residents completing their own haul-outs. Late-removal appointments are available in one-hour time slots for $75, payable when reserved; missed appointments require a new reservation and payment. After dock removal, late boat removal will be available by appointment only through October 16, when the launch ramp closes for the season.
