Notice to the Community Fallen Leaf CSD to Appoint the Community Area Advisory Committee
The Board of Directors of the Fallen Leaf Community Services District (CSD) is seeking expressions of interest from individuals representing the Fallen Leaf Lake community and members of the public at large for appointment to the Community Area Advisory Committee (CAAC) to advise the CSD on matters pertaining to the operation and maintenance of the community area which includes the Store, Marina, Old Store/Community Building, the beach, parking lot and associated open spaces. The CSD seeks representatives from the west side, east side, south end, Emigrant Road, Stanford Hill and the public at large and anticipates the appointment of a chairperson and up to 10 additional members in their regularly scheduled meeting on May 27. All CAAC activities, communications and meetings will be governed by the Brown Act. A link to the current Community Area Policies and Procedures follows.
